Our Pet Policy is as follows: We require a Non-Refundable PET FEE of $250. Monthly Pet Rent is $10.00 per pet per month. Limit Two (2) Pets Maximum per Unit. Pets must weigh 20 lbs or less. Breed Restrictions Apply - Check with Office for additional details.
